coLAB Arts and Rutgers, Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy are partnering to provide an innovative STEAM summer enrichment program for local 5th and 6th grade students. Taught by coLAB Arts resident artists along with faculty from the prestigious Bloustein School, students will engage in what it means to engineer an artful and just city. Students will create an original art installation project that engages their understanding of the fields of city planning, art, engineering, environmental science, and social justice.

Enseñado por artistas residentes de coLAB Arts junto a profesores de la prestigiosa Bloustein School, los estudiantes aprenderán sobre lo que significa diseñar una ciudad ingeniosa y justa. Los estudiantes desarrollarán un proyecto con una instalación de arte original que amplíe su comprensión de los campos de planificación urbana, el arte, la ingeniería, las ciencias ambientales y la justicia social.
