
Jessica Lipman is a Rutgers University graduate with an English B.A. and double minors of Cinema Studies and Comparative Literature. During her junior and senior years at Rutgers, she was a contributing writer and Vice President of The Rutgers Review, the unversity’s alternative arts and entertainment bimonthly magazine. She contributed articles about film and culture, with topics ranging from actor highlights to film reviews. She has been volunteering with Tribeca Film Festival since 2007, working in the Panels Department. During the summer of 2007, she interned at Picturehouse (New Line Cinema and HBO’s indie film company), working in the Acquisitions and Publicity departments. Jessica began making short films while at Rutgers, and is currently a videographer and video editor for the Rutgers English Department. She is Colab’s Film Festival coordinator and Media Archive coordinator.
