In order to allow for both continuity and constant monitoring and self-evaluation of the organization’s governance—board members are elected for an initial one-year term and then for two-year terms, and may be re-elected to serve unlimited, consecutive terms.

Collaborative Arts’ incorporators are currently evaluating potential candidate nominations in an effort to expand its size while ensuring for a healthy artistic and fiscal organization. The projected composition will include a diversity of board members that includes artists, art patrons and persons with strong fiscal or arts backgrounds.
